Get started with your Onlinebackup

When activated the Onlinebackup service in your Citycloud controlpanel:
Follow the steps below to get started with onlinebackup on your client xxx.u1470
Step 1: Download the installer
In the list to the right you find the software to install on the computer you want to backup. Click on the download link next to the operating system that you use. If you can't find your operating system, please contact us and we will try to help.
Step 2: Install the backup client
When you install the client you will be asked to specify your OnlineBackup ID. Here you enter: xxx.u1470.
Step 3: Verify the backup client
When the installation of the backup client is finished, it's time to verify the client against the backup server. Start a web browser and enter the address to the clients backup GUI in the address bar. If you have installed the client on a Windows based operating system, you can double click on the OnlineBackup icon in the traybar. On other operating systems you need to manually enter the address in the web browser.
The first time you login, you will be asked to verify the client. Choose the backup server from the drop down menu and in the password field you enter your unique customer pass key: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Your client is now ready to handle backups. Now you can setup backup schedules where you choose what to backup, how often to backup and for how long to store the backups.Click here for instructions on how to setup a file backup: https://onlinebackup.se/faq?pid=13
